Episode - #0347 (57:22)
College is supposed to be the best time of your life with endless fun and carefree living. These perceptions are hiding the reality of a deeper issue that is plaguing millions of students: anxiety and depression. Jake Heilbrunn has a unique understanding of why anxiety and depression are so prevalent today and how to overcome them. He left college to backpack alone through Central America. He shares his own story in his book, Off the Beaten Trail.
Dr. C.K. Bray is the author of Best Job Ever: Rethink Your Career, Redefine Rich, Revolutionize Your Life. While the majority of the population hate their current job, C.K. says you can find a career you'll love and you don't necessarily have to quite your current job while you begin your new career journey.
